Products

Refunds or exchanges are accepted within 14 days of receipt, provided that the products are unopened, unused, and in their original packaging.

Services

No refunds are offered once a service has been rendered.
Deposits for appointments or training sessions are non-refundable if canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice.

Defective Items or Order Errors

Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order and provide a photo of the issue.
We will replace the item or issue a store credit depending on the situation.
