We deliver across Canada. For international orders, please contact us to confirm the applicable shipping fees and estimated delivery times.

2. Processing Times

Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days after payment has been confirmed.

You will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number as soon as your order has been shipped.

3. Estimated Delivery Times

  • Québec & Canada: 2 to 7 business days, depending on your region and the selected carrier

  • International: Varies by country (usually 7 to 15 business days)

These timelines are estimates and may be affected by high-demand periods or circumstances beyond our control (weather conditions, strikes, customs delays).

4. Shipping Fees

Shipping fees are automatically calculated at checkout based on the weight, size of your order, and delivery address.

Free shipping promotions may be available for orders over a certain amount – check our current offers.

5. Delays & Tracking

If your order has not arrived within the estimated timeframe, please check your tracking number and contact our customer service at info@lemaly.ca. We will do everything we can to assist you.

6. Unclaimed Orders or Incorrect Addresses

Parcels returned due to an incorrect address or being unclaimed may be reshipped at the customer’s expense.

7. Damaged or Missing Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If an item is damaged or missing, contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order and include a photo of the package. We will take the necessary steps to resolve the issue.
